Hello Cake Lover!

I’ve been making cakes since I was a kid. Every weekend, I made the Easy Chocolate Cake recipe that my mum had.

Then, after I’d made one for my family, I’d convince my friend’s parents that we needed to make one for them too!

I loved that recipe. But today things are a little different…

After years of sourcing and perfecting my own recipes, I now make wholesome, healthy cakes from quality ingredients that suit all kinds of dietary needs.

So, if you need a cake for your office morning tea, an upcoming party, or to just enjoy at home with a cup of tea, I can help.

The Cakes

My cakes are simple, wholesome and easy to eat. They are traditional cakes made with a lot of love and without the fancy, expensive but often tasteless add-ons.

Gluten-free and dairy-free are available on request. You can also request a cake that’s not listed below.

Cakes can be made in various sizes. For prices, please use the form below and let me know what cake you’d like and how many people it’s for.

  • These are delicious low-carb cakes that are gluten, grain and sugar-free.

    Diary and nut-free are variations if needed.

  • I can make any kind of traditional cake and loaf perfect for morning tea, and birthday celebrations. Examples:

    • A light, fluffy, low-sugar carrot cake*.

    • A tasty sponge with lashings of chocolate icing.*

    • A low-sugar, but satisfying banana loaf*.

    • A traditional cinnamon tea cake*.

    • A hedgehog slice made with mare biscuits and chocolate.

    *These are suitable for people with eating difficulties or who need softer cakes.

  • Tortes are rich, flourless cakes. I make:

    • a chocolate date torte,

    • a torte caprese; and

    • a Turkish chocolate torte.

  • Enter cheesecake heaven with my decadent cheesecake. It can be made low-carb or gluten-free if needed.
